Defiance of Power

The initial sketch started out as joke during a live art demo on Twitch. My sketch pad had marker bleed-through from a previous sketch.
I was about to tear the page out of my sketchbook when I was challenged by one of the moderators to create something from the stain. I had the idea to illustrate an amusing fantasy painting that was a metaphor for fighting against seemingly unsurmountable odds. Later, when NFT art began to get a lot of attention, I wanted to play around with the format to see if it suited me. I liked the idea of the original sketch but wanted to make some edits so it was a perfect choice to create an NFT image. I'll definitely do more in the future as time permits.
